Dip
1-4oz. can green chilies
1-4oz. can mushroom pieces
1-7oz. can Mexicorn
1-14.5oz. can tomatoes with chilies
¼ cup chopped cilantro
½ cup chopped stuffed green olives, chopped
1 cup onions, chopped
½ cup bell peppers, chopped
½ cup green onions chopped
1 lb. gnd beef, cook in wok prior to putting in dip
½ cup mayonnaise
2 cups New Ex-sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tsp.
Satans Breath® Jalapeño Garlic
1½ T.
Satans Breath® Southwest Blend
1 T.
Satan's Breath® X-Hot Chili Powder
Put all in a large mixing bowl
and stir until you get an even blend. Now spray a Pyrex
dish with olive oil and pour in the dip mix. Either put
in a 350oF. oven until it bubbles, or in the micro-wave until
the cheese melts.
Serve with lime flavored tortilla chips or crackers.
